What support can participants receive if they encounter difficulties?
Guides and support vehicles will accompany participants, and there will always be a bicycle repair kit, simple food and drinks, and first aid equipment readily available.
How do you prepare for health issues during the trip?
First aid medications are provided, and the staff are familiar with the nearest hospitals and pharmacies. It is advisable to bring your own personal medication as well.
Is it possible to take photos and videos during the program?
The guides will take photos and videos during the activities for you to keep as souvenirs, and participants are also free to take pictures with their personal devices.
What preparations are needed to participate in the program?
You should prepare a bicycle helmet, sports clothing, personal hygiene items, and it's recommended to check your fitness level and train beforehand.
What is the local communication environment like?
Most accommodations provide Wi-Fi, and you can also use a local SIM card or roaming services. Upon arrival at your accommodation, you will receive information about the Wi-Fi access.
