To rent a bike, please apply through our website and then visit the CampViet office to complete the rental agreement.
Usage Terms:
• The rented bike must be used only within Vietnam.
• During the rental period, any damages, malfunctions, or loss of the bike and its accompanying equipment are the renter's responsibility and will be charged at actual cost.
Repair and Replacement Fees:
• Frame or battery damage: $1,000
• Charger damage: $300
• Wheelset damage: $500
• Brake, handle, crankset, or derailleur damage: $50
• Bike loss: $2,500
• Other equipment: Charged at actual cost
Storage Guidelines:
• When not in use, the bike must be stored in a safe, covered area protected from rain, wind, and snow, such as a designated bike storage at your accommodation or an indoor space.
ID Verification:
• Upon renting, the user must provide a valid ID in person or submit an image of it. (Some personal information, like social security number, can be partially obscured for privacy.)
