- You can register for the Ha Giang jeep tour (2 days 1 night) in three ways

3. Send an email or message us on Messenger. - Please provide a scanned copy of your passport (for foreign guests) and a scanned copy of your ID card (for Vietnamese guests). It is recommended to book the tour at least 5 days before the departure date so that we can prepare thoroughly to welcome you.

Hanoi - Ha Giang & Admire the Heaven Gate and the Twin Mountains of Quan Ba
The vehicle and group will travel to Ha Giang city the night before. The group will gather at the designated meeting point and then board the sleeper bus to Ha Giang. The total travel time is estimated to be 6 hours, with breaks along the way. Upon arrival in Ha Giang, the group will rest, have breakfast, and prepare for the journey to explore Ha Giang.

08:30 Start of the Journey
The tour guide and jeep will pick you up at the meeting point to begin the journey exploring the life of the local people in Ha Giang city. The first exploration will take you to visit the local homes in Ha Giang. You will witness the dramatic transformation of the scenery as you move from the city to the mountain roads at Bac Sum slope.

Next, the jeep will take you through the Dong Van Geopark – a significant heritage site of Vietnam, recognized by UNESCO as a “Global Geopark” in 2010. The King’s Palace of Meo is a large building constructed at the end of the 19th century with unique architecture that combines multiple cultures and mysterious stories surrounding it.

18:30 Dinner and Return to Your Hotel in Dong Van Town

08:00 Start of the Second Day Adventure
The group will board the jeep to head to admire one of the “Four Great Passes” of Vietnam – Ma Pi Leng Pass, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the turquoise Nho Que River below.

12:30 Lunch at a Local Restaurant
After lunch, the group will continue traveling to Ha Giang city via Yen Minh. This route will also take you through the picturesque landscapes of this region.
The bus will return to the gathering point and conclude the tour at 17:00.
20:30 The group boards the sleeper bus to return to Hanoi.
Concluding the 2-day 1-night Ha Giang exploration itinerary filled with beautiful memories and experiences.

- A service confirmation voucher will be emailed to you immediately after you complete the tour payment. Please print the voucher or save it on your phone and show it to the guide when you check in.
- For those who are prone to motion sickness, please bring anti-nausea medication as a precaution.
- Prepare some common medications: cold medicine, fever reducers, and digestive aids just in case.
- If you require vegetarian meals, please inform us in advance so we can arrange and prepare accordingly.
- Items to prepare when participating in the tour: comfortable clothing, a few nice outfits for taking photos, sports shoes, a jacket, hat, socks, and a scarf to prepare for colder weather (the temperature in the high mountain areas will be lower, especially at night).
- For foreign guests, it is advisable to carry your passport.
- Please comply with all arrangements made by the tour guide. If you need to communicate, please inform the guide for assistance.

- In the event of any incidents (accidents, etc.), please remain calm and follow all instructions from the tour guide.
Refund / cancellation regulations
All tour cancellation requests must be communicated via email. We do not accept cancellation notifications through phone calls or messages.
– Cancellations made 10 days before the departure date: No fee.
– Cancellations made 2-6 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
– Cancellations made 48 hours before the departure date or no-shows: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
– If you arrive late to the departure point for any reason, it will be considered a tour cancellation and you will incur a 100% fee.
– If there are not enough participants for the tour by the departure date, the company will cancel the tour and refund the customer’s deposit.
