It is recommended to book the tour at least 5 days before the departure date so that we can prepare thoroughly to welcome you.

Trekking Ky Quan San Mountain 3 days (3.046m)
Located at an altitude of 3046m from sea level, Ky Quan San is one of the four highest peaks in Viet Nam, possessing a diverse and high-difficulty climbing terrain, including many arcs from going to the forest, stream ice, vertical cliffs or horizontal roads… It can be said that Ky Quan San and Bach Moc Luong Tu are not roads for average physical strength or just climbing but require people with high strength and endurance.

Sa Pa to Ky Quan San
The vehicle and group will travel to Sa Pa town the night before. The group will gather at the designated meeting point and then board the sleeper bus to Sa Pa. The total travel time is estimated to be 6 hours, with breaks along the way.

Itinerary
22:00: The guide picks up guests at the rendezvous point, gets on a sleeping bus and moves to Sa Pa – Lao Cai.
04:30 (Next morning): Arriving at Sa Pa, the group moves to the hotel room to rest, personal hygiene, and receive a set of trekking items.
06:15: Breakfast buffet at Vietrekking Sa Pa restaurant.
07:30: The group got in the car and moved to Ky Quan San, about 60km from Sa Pa. After that, you take a motorbike taxi to the foot of the mountain.
09:30: You begin your climbing journey.
11:30: The delegation rested and had lunch. Then, continue the journey.
16:30: Arriving at the lodge, you rest after the journey on the first day.
18:30: The delegation enjoyed dinner, then spent the night in a wooden shack with blankets, pillows and insulation mats.

Itinerary
05:00: You wake up and move to Muoi Mountain to welcome the dawn. The group then returned to the camp for breakfast with coffee or ginger tea.
07:00: Welcome to the final conquest of the journey.
12:00: Touching Ky Quan San peak, you take a rest, take a picture of check-in and enjoy the scenery on the top of the mountain.
12:30: The delegation had lunch, then returned to the lodge.
16:30: The group took a rest and then enjoyed dinner.

12:00: The delegation arrived at the foot of the mountain, then took a motorbike taxi to Porter’s house, took a rest and had lunch.
14:00: The car takes you back to Sa Pa.
17:00: You are staying in a hotel room to rest.
19:00: The delegation enjoyed dinner at Vietrekking Sa Pa Restaurant, reviewed the journey and congratulated success.
23:00: You get on the sleeper car and return to Ha Noi.
04:30: Arrived the following day at the original rendezvous point. At the end of the show, the guide breaks up with you.

User manual
- A service confirmation voucher will be emailed to you immediately after you complete the tour payment. Please print the voucher or save it on your phone and show it to the guide when you check in.
- For those who are prone to motion sickness, please bring anti-nausea medication as a precaution.
- Prepare some common medications: cold medicine, fever reducers, and digestive aids just in case.
- If you require vegetarian meals, please inform us in advance so we can arrange and prepare accordingly.
- Items to prepare when participating in the tour: a jacket, hat, socks… and a scarf to prepare for colder weather (the temperature in the high mountain areas will be lowed, especially at night).
- For foreign guests, it is advisable to carry your passport.
- Please comply with all arrangements made by the tour guide. If you need to communicate, please inform the guide for assistance.

- In the event of any incidents (accidents, etc.), please remain calm and follow all instructions from the tour guide.
Refund / cancellation regulations
All tour cancellation requests must be communicated via email. We do not accept cancellation notifications through phone calls or messages.
- Cancellations made 10 days before the departure date: No fee.
- Cancellations made 2-6 days before the departure date: 50% of the tour fees will be charged.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the departure dates or no-shows: 100% of the tour fees will be charged.
- If you arrive late to the departure point for any reason, it will be considered a tour cancellation and you will incur a 100% fee.
- If there are not enough participants for the tour by the departure date, the company will cancel the tour and refund the customer’s deposit.
