- Other equipment: Actual cost of repair/replacement.
- The scooter must be parked or stored safely to protect it from rain, wind, and other weather conditions (at the accommodation’s scooter parking area, under a large enough roof, or indoors).
- When renting, the renter must provide a valid identification document for verification, either in person or by sending an image (with sensitive personal information such as ID numbers partially excluded).
