- When parking or storing the bike, it must be kept in a safe condition, protected from rain, snow, or wind (such as in the bike storage area of the accommodation, a sufficiently large covered space, or indoors).
- When renting the bike, the renter must provide an identification document to verify their identity, either directly or by sending an image (excluding sensitive personal information such as resident registration numbers).
