• You can make a reservation at least 3 days before the departure date.

• A confirmation email will notify you that your request has been received. Our travel consultant will then contact you with payment instructions.

Meeting informations
• Meeting Point: Tuyen Lam Camp paddleboarding station
• Meeting Time: 13:30 (30 minutes before departure)
Itinerary
14:00: The guide will pick you up at the TUYEN LAM CAMP paddleboarding station (opposite the Sculpture Tunnel).
14:15: Safety equipment will be provided, and the guide will explain how to paddleboard (SUP). Since 95% of guests are paddleboarding for the first time, the guide will give detailed instructions so you can handle the sport without worry.
14:45: With the guide, you will paddle to the reed grass and wetlands. Here, you can freely take photos to capture the memorable moments of your SUP experience. The guide will also act as a photographer and take pictures for you. If you like, you can jump into the water to swim and play in the cool water. On sunny days, the water will be warmer near the shore, so remember to bring a dry set of clothes to change into before returning.
At the site, there are hot shower facilities where you can quickly freshen up or change clothes in the changing tents provided by Highland Sport. Don’t worry if you can’t swim, as every guest will be equipped with a life jacket. Since Tuyen Lam Camp is located at the headwaters, you can be assured of its cleanliness.
The Tuyen Lam Camp area is beautifully decorated with camping lights and other small decorative items like swings, tables, and chairs. You can take great photos from every angle in the vast pine forest. In addition to the photo opportunities and the sports activities, if the weather is good, you may also have the chance to enjoy a romantic sunset over Tuyen Lam Lake.
17:00: Enjoy tea, coffee, instant noodles, and sausages by the lakeside in the incredible atmosphere.
17:30: Say goodbye at the Sculpture Tunnel, or the shuttle will take you back to the hotel. End of the tour.

• Dress warmly and bring some snacks like sweet pastries or chocolate for energy during the paddleboarding session.
• Those who can’t swim or have never tried paddleboarding are still welcome to join.
• People with heart conditions, asthma, or high blood pressure should not participate in the tour.
• Children will paddle on the same board with adults.
Refund / cancellation regulations
• Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before departure: no fee.
• Cancellations made 2 days before departure: 20% penalty fee.
• Cancellations made 1 day before departure: 50% penalty fee.
• No show on the day of the tour: 100% penalty fee.
