Departure on the 15th of every month
If there is no schedule on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, any accommodation and meal expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the participants.
Participants may arrive earlier than the challenge start date or return later than the end date.
If the departure or return dates are changed after registration, any additional expenses incurred for the extended stay (such as accommodation, meals, or sightseeing) will be at the participant’s own expense.
Refund / cancellation regulations
- 15 days before departure: 100% refund of the tour price
- 10-14 days before departure: 50% refund of the tour price
- 07-10 days before departure: 30% refund of the tour price
- Within 6 days before departure: No refund
